BRITISH EXPERT DEPARTS British Official Wireless Reed. 11 a.m. RUGBY, Sunday. Sir Denison Ross, Director of the School of Oriental Studies, left London yesterday for a three-months’ tour in the near and middle East, which lie is making for the purpose of studying some of the changed conditions of recent years. At the invitation of the Persian Government, Sir Denison Ross will discuss with it the question of the modernisation of the Persian educational system. He is going to Cairo, Jerusalem. Damascus, Baghdad, Basra, Ispaskan, Tehren, and on his return will stay in Angora and Constantinople.
