Press Association 'WELLINGTON, Friday. The following well-known shipmasters have been elected to the Hon ouruble Company of Master Mariners of Great Britain:—-Captains I*. J. Foster (marine superintendent of the Union Company), T. 11. Cluidley (raarino superintendent of the Shaw. Savill and Albion Company 1. T. V. Hill (master of the Niagara). I'. 15. Irwin (master of the Maori). 1C S. Lewis (marine superintendent at Auckland for tlie Shaw, Savill and Albion Company). W. Martin (of the Union Company's service), G. B. Morgan (master of the Manuka). R. Pearson (Anchor Company, Nelson), H. 11. Sergeant (harbourmaster at Auckland), and W. Olphert (marine superintendent of the New Zealand Shipping Company).
