NEXT BRITISH BUDGET WILL SHOW SURPLUS
(Amstralian end N.Z. Press Association) LiONDON, Tuesday. The "Financial Times,” in an analysis ot the revenue for nine months, thinks the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Winston Churchill, will have a comfortable, if an unspectacular, surplus, and that the prospects will justify small remissions of taxatoin.
