NEXT BRITISH BUDGET WILL SHOW SURPLUS

The "Financial Times,” in an analysis ot the revenue for nine months, thinks the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Winston Churchill, will have a comfortable, if an unspectacular, surplus, and that the prospects will justify small remissions of taxatoin.
