ADRIFT IN GALE
DERELICT LIGHTSHIP (United Service) LONDON, Sallirday. All shipping on the west coast of ocotland has been warned to beware of a derelict lightship which was bound from the Isle of Man to Oban, iu tow of the tender Hesperus. The tender put out to sea in heavy weather in response to an S.O.S. call. The lightship broke adrift in the gale and has not been seen since. The Hesperus safely returned to port.
