LORRY DIVES OVER BANK
COLLISION NEAR TAIHAPE (From Our Own Correspondent) TAIHAPE, Sunday. Colliding with a motor-car on a sharp bend of the Pukeokaku Road, near Taihape, a motor-lorry dived over an ISft bank. The car, which was driven by Mrs. T. Gilbert, of Taoroa, was extensively damaged, but the lorry, which is owned by Nicholls Bros., carriers, and was driven by Mr. M. Forbes, escaped with a broken axle. No one was injured.
