YOUTH’S £2O HAUL QUICK ARREST MADE (from Our Oitu Correspondent I CAMBRIDGE. To-dav, On Saturday, Herbert Morse, caretaker of the Cambridge trotting course, reported to the police that a sum of £2O had been stolen from his house in Clare Street. As a result of police investigations a youth under the age of 16, admitted the theft. About half the sum was recovered, the ba'.ance having been spent. The same youth also admitted the theft of money from the saleyards tearooms. where he smashed a gas slot fixture.
