PROPOSED LECTURE TOUR BY SISTER OF KAISER
(Australian and N.Z. Press Association) BERLIN, Thursday. Frau Zoubkoff. formerly Princess Victoria of Schaumburg-Lippe, the sister of the ex-Kaiser, has been offered £50,000 to undertake a lecture tour of Europe and the United States.
