ROAD BOARD VACANCY
EX-MEMBER TO STAND Mr. A. St. C. Belcher, in response to a deputation requesting him to stand for election, has consented to nomination for the vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Thomas Davies from the Mount Roskill Road Board. The date of the election is fixed for Wednesday, January 16, 1929. Mr. Belcher is an old member of the board but failed at the poll held in April last to secure re-election.
