SECURITIES OF £30.000.000 FORMATION IN AMERICA f .lastraJtua [iltd X.Z. iYca*- AssoeiatiwiJ Reed. 9.5 a.m. NEW YORK, Sunday The largest consolidation yet undertaken in the American aviation industry, resulting in the formation of a corporation with securities having a market value of £30,000,000, has been arranged under the auspices of the National City Company and Pacific National Bank of Seattle. Officials of the National City Bank. General Motors, the Ford Motor Coinpony, and the Standard Oil Company will'be Included on the board of directors. The new concern, which will merge with the Pratt \\ hitney Aircraft Corporation, will be an airplane and transport corporation. The corporation is to be known as United Aircraft and Transport.
