AIRMAN KILLED IN CAR
Reed. 10.15 a.m. MELBOURNE, To-day The well-known airman, SquadronLeader F. Sandford, was killed when his car skidded and somersaulted twice on a sharp bend near Blenrowan. The car was found badly smashed, with its wheels in the air. Squadron-Leader Sandford was found some distance away.
