POOR FLOW OF WATER
INQUIRY FOLLOWS FIRE Press Association WELLINGTON, Friday. Members of the Wellington City Council are not satisfied with the explanation made of the poor flow of water at the recent city markets fire, and have instructed the city engineer to bring down a full report. He is to make a test of the 16 leads from the six mains concerned.
