PEDESTRIANS STRUCK

HIT BY MOTOR-CYCLE FOUR PEOPLE INJURED Press Association WHAKATANE, Friday. Three pedestrians, Harry Tennant and his two sisters, Dorrie and Louie, were knocked down and injured by a motor-cycle early this morning while returning from a dance. The cyclist, Charles Wickham, was also injured. He and Tennant were taken to hospital, the former suffering from bruises and shock and the latter from a severe gash on the back of the head and injuries to shoulder. Miss Dorrie Tennant received an«injury to the back of the head, requiring two stitches, and Miss Louie Tennant suffered bruises and shock.
