RIALTO, AND REGENT, EPSOM
“THE HEAD MAN” Charlie Murray is the star of the clever comedy-drama, "The Head Man,” to be shown this evening at the Rialto and Regent (Epsom) Theatres. He plays the role of a ne’er-do-well, once powerful, now bibulous, and on his fight in small-town politics. The role is a new departure for Murray, since it is even more of a plot picture, and one of warm human characterisations than of strict comedy. However, it is packed with the latter. Loretta Young and Larry Kent are the young lovers of the story. Lucien Littlefield heads a fine supporting cast. At the Rialto, Newmarket, a second feature will be presented in "Tillie’s Punctured Romance,” starring W. C. Fields and Chester Conklin. At the Epsom Regent, the second feature will be “Hot Heels,” a comedydrama starring Glen Tryon.
