TYPHOID RAVAGES
NO GOVERNMENT HELP CLONCURRY INDIGNANT Reed. 9.38 a.m. BRISBANE, To-day. Typhoid is still raging in the Cloncurry district. Edward Dodd, aged 19, has died, and several others are in a low condition. The Government bacteriologist examined the water supply and found germs in the well from which the town gets its supply. The townspeople are indignant at the Government not sending medical and nursing relief.
