MR. RUSHWORTH’S VIEWS COMMITTEE TO DECIDE Mr. H. M. Rush worth having considered Mr. Allan Bell’s suggestion that he should resign and recontest the Bay of Islands seat, has decided to leave the decision to his committee. The position was considered by a meeting of the central committee of the Country Party last evening. “Needless to say.” Mr. Rushworth wrote, “I have no personal wishes in the matter. I will resign or retain our seat as may be decided by the party amd the electorate committee.” The central committee unanimously decided to leave the matter entirely in the hands of the Bay of Islands Electorate Committee.
