A FIELD DAY.—The Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve was inspected by the commodore commanding New Zealand Division of the Royal Navy at Calliope Dock on Saturday. Commodore G. T. C. P. Swabey, D. S. 0., R.N., takes the salute. With him are Captain L. V. Wells, D. S. 0., of the Diomede, and Commander Hull, C. 0., R. N.V.R., in Auckland.
