The first flight of Sir Hubert’s LockheedVega plane, on the efficiency of which the success of his Antarctic Expedition so largely depends, was completely successful. The famous explorer is delighted with the performance of his machine and has sent out a wonderful tribute to Plume and Mobiloil which are being used in this great aerial survey of the South. Antarctic temperatures and the extremely difficult nature of flying in polar regions call for fuel and lubrication which will give the utmost in power and protection. In the world of aviation and motoring Plume has earned for itself the title of “The Spirit of Performance” and Mobiloil “The World’s Quality Oil.” Mobiloil Regd. VACUUM OIL COMPAISrV. PHLg
