FUN O’ THE FAIR

SUNSHINE PADDY’S MARKET A bazaar on lavish lines -with its own little amusement park and programme of entertainments will be opened at the Nelson Street School to-morrow afternoon, and will continue on Saturday. It is the ‘‘Paddy’s Market” of the Women’s Auxiliary of the Community Sunshine Association. Stalls of all kinds will be erected, a. baby show and competition will be held, gymnastic displays will be given, boys’ boxing will be demonstrated, and the girls will give a dancijig entertainment. There will be donkey rides for the children, side-shows, a Christmas tree, and special lighting on the ground;?. Music will be provided by the Ponsonby Boys’ Band. The market will be opened by the Mayoress at 2 p.m. on Friday and will be open until 3 0 p.m., also on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
