THE THOUGHTS of the whole British Empire turn to-day to the King, who is passing through the severest phase of his illness. The sympathy expressed from all quarters of the globe is evidence, if evidence were needed, of the esteem and affection in which the head of the British Empire is held. This photograph, taken in a setting that adequately conveys the pageantry and grandeur of old England, shows King George, as Sovereign of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, proceeding to an installation in King Henry Vll.’s Chapel at Westminster Abbey.
