GREEK WRESTLER MATCHED WITH TE AWAMUTU MAN
(From. Our Own Correspondent) TE AWAMUTTJ, Sunday. Negotiations have been afoot to induce the wrestlers John Kilonis, of Greece, and Pat McCarthy, of Canada, to visit Te Awamutu, with a view to a match with Bill Bayne, the local light-heavy-weight champion. Advice was received that Kilonis was prepared to visit Te Awamutu provided a sufficient guarantee is forthcoming.. Final arrangements have now been made for Kilonis to meet Bayne on Tuesday. December 11, in the Empire Theatre, Te Awamutu.
