SALE OF WORK

St. Luke’s Anglican Church annual bazaar and sale of work was opened in the Parish Hall. Rotorua, on Wednesday afternoon by the Rev. Archdeacon F. W. Chatterton. The stall-holders were: Produce stall, Mesdames Butt and Lasenby; miscellaneous stall, Mesdames J. Ilalkett and Meredith: cake stall, Mesdames F. C. Bun yard and H. Hitchcock: flower stall. Mesdanies Hesketh, W. T. Pakes and C. A. Clark; fancy work stall, Mesdames W. Hall, W. Giesen and Mewburn; sweets stall, Misses 3C. Hall and Smith. The bazaar wdfe continued in the evening and musical items were given by Misses Margaret and Ailsa McKenzie, Misses T. Giesen and K. Hall, Mesdames R. Griffiths, J. W. Burley and W. L. Richards, Messrs. H. J. Sanders, S. Andrews and Archdeacon F. W. Chatterton. The proceeds of the bazaar amounted to £BS. ,
