Suburban Games
SENIOR AND GRADE CRICKET
Three Matches in Balance SUBURBAN Cricket Association Senior A matches are to be continued at the Domain to-morrow after a break of two weeks. Three important games are io be concluded. Senior B and lower grade competitions will be in progress.
pONSONBY’S big first innings tally -*■ of 34-1 for eight wickets will prove a stiff task for Harbour Board, last season’s champions. Harbour Board is a team of good batsmen, however, so a strong struggle will be made. The new team, Victoria, has 253 up for its opening effort. Green Lane is improving with every game and with only one wicket down for 56 should run the afternoon’s play to a close finish. Glen Hden has 206 to its credit on the first innings play. Ellerslie, with three wickets down for 63 runs, is to u-y to overtake the good opposition score. The chances seem to rest with Glen Eden.
