Excellent fields will he seen out in all events, fortunately without recourse to divisions in any race. The course is in splendid order, as a result of the rain earlier in the week. A continuous ferry service is to he available for racegoers, providing an enjoyable trip to the scene of operations. A review of to-morrow’s programme is given below. He Speechless . 8 8 lags in the early stages, and this will not do at TukaBombarder . 8 6 puna. But all the same he is the goods, and if he runs Komak . . 8 3 will be dangerous. Winsome Boy has run some C% eltlia * 7Jo fine races, and is just about due; he won on this course Eager Rose * 710 last time. Maori Boy has the speed, even if his stamina Brampton .78 is doubtful. Speechless is one of the possibilities, and Double Mint 7 7 with the sting out of the track is worth watching. Bombarder shoul«d be benefited by his recent runs, and Komak is a good sort, but will need to show more early speed if he is to win. Big Bertha would be favourite if reserved for this, and Cybele is to make a reappearance; she has the speed when right. Eager Rose, Brampton and Double Mint complete an even field, in which backers may decide in favour of: WINSOME BOY and EAGER ROSE C 1 A CHELTENHAM HANDICAP Of £425; 6 furlongs Aussie ... 10 0 Outside of the top-weight this is White e ■ S 3 an even field, with number one out- Wings ..71 3ea lime ..83 Town Bird. 7 0 Lady's Boy . 711 standing, of course. Nancy Lee is coining back to form, for she scored comfortably at Te Rapa. Tea Time railed at Te Kuiti, cind is apparently a horse of moods; outside this the course will suit* him! Lady’s Bo} displayed really good form at Avondale earlier in the month, and as li is a smart beginner and can go round the turns on two legs, he will be quite at home at Takapuna. Macroom has been a disappointment so far, and the speedy High Finance has not been seen out for quite a long time. White Wings is endowed with speed to burn, and if she gets away with the leaders tne filly may prove the hardest to head off; her work prior to the Ellerslie spring meeting was brilliant. Town Bird failed badly at Te Kuiti, and he is wel? too, so that makes his failures all the more difficult to follow. He has been an unlucky horse for some time. Seastar has good form round the Taranaki district to recommend her, and Te Atiawa, prominent in the G.N. Guineas for six furlongs, won at Waverley. Appellant and Ballymoy II complete the field, and they will probably be the outsiders. To sum up the punters may decide in favour of: NANCY LEE and WHITE WINGS
