PIANO STUDENTS MEET
AUCKLAND ASSOCIATION The fortnightly meeting of the Auckland Piano Students* Association was held in Lew’is Eady’s buildings last evening. ♦ Miss Dunnet gave an interesting account of the life of Schubert and Miss J. Parker contributed a paper on the master’s compositions. Miss Dons Binns played the “Erl King” and Miss Margaret Trendall the Liszt-Schubert “Serenade.” Miss Mavis Hewson and Miss Olwyn Bertram played, as a duet, the famous “Marche Militaire.”
