ORAKEI LAND SALE

48 SECTIONS OFFERED Forty-eight more sections at Orakei are to be sold by public auction in the concert chamber of the Town Hall at 8 p.m. on December 11. The North Auckland Lands Office holds particulars of the land. The sections are not reofferings. The land concerned is a new portion of Orakei and is being offered for public sale for the first time. Several of the sections overlook Okabu and Hobson Bays, but none is actually on the beach front. While the sections are all new offerings the land is included in the Government model subdivision. Five per cent, is the deposit which will be asked.
