GRAMMAR SCHOOL BOARD MEETING OF GOVERNORS Tho diamond jubilee of the Board of Governors of the Auckland Grammar School occurs this month. At a meeting of the board yesterday afternoon, it was decided that, irt view of the jubilee, a special page be inserted in the school prospectus. It was stated that the first board whs appointed in 1 S6B, and the first school opened In 1869 with 78 pupils. This year there were 3,065 pupils under tho control of the board.
