PRISONER DISCHARGED
TWO JURIES DISAGREE Press Association GISBORNE, To-day. When the Supreme Court resumed to-day the Crown Prosecutor announced that George Campbell would not be required to stand a third trial on the charge of arson, the juries having disagreed on the first two occasions. The Solicitor-General has ordered a stay of proceedings and the prisoner has been discharged.
