The Finance Committee brought forward a recommendation that, in view of the extra duties devolving upon the town clerk on account of the North Shore destructor, a payment of £SO a year be made to him, the amount to be included in the apportionments with the other boroughs . , . After discussion it was resolved that, the actual costs be ascertained and a claim presented to the joint committee controlling the destructor.
