SECOND MONEY TO LAPLANDER ALEXANDRA PARK INCIDENT Consequent on boring over on Free Advice in the Onehunga Handicap at Alexandra Park on Saturday, the Judicial Committee reversed' the judge’s placings, making Free Advice first and Laplander second. The owner of the latter lodged an appeal, with the result that the stake and investments on Free Advice and Laplander were impounded pending the hearing of the appeal. Investors will not be required to wait for their dividends as long as was first expected for an announcement made by the committee before the first event at Epsom to-day is to the effect that the totalisator staff have been instructed to pay out first and second dividends on Free Advice and Laplander respectively.
