EFFORTS OF FIREMEN SYDNEY, Friday. The inquiry into the fire at the Cumberland paper mill on October 7 was concluded to-day. The coroner returned a verdict to the effect that the outbreak was accidental, and was du<; to fire in the surrounding scrub. No blame was attachable to the fire brigade, the members of which the coroner congratulated for their excellent work in saving the houses near the mill.
