♦ AUCKLAND CLUB In the junior final at Middlemore, M. Louisson beat B. C. Hart at the , 37th hole. Hart was 4 up at the end of the first round, and became o up at the third, and finally 4 up and o to play, but Louisson made a great recovery, and finishing it with fours at the 35th and 36th, squared the match and sunk a long putt for the title on the 37th. In the final of the captain’s trophy, which was replayed after a tie, H. Plumley beat L. B. Campbell, 4 and TITIRANGI LADIES The Titirangi Ladies* Golf Club j closed the season with Canadian foursomes, a large number of members j competing. First prizes were won by j Mrs. Brooke-Taylor and Mrs. Walker, the runners-up being Mrs. Henrys and Miss M. Cooke. The senior putting competition was won by Mrs. Fraer and the junior by Mrs. Gyllies. The annual meeting and prizegiving were held in the afternoon. The following executive was appointed: Captain, Mrs. G. L. Taylor; handicapper, Miss G. Bray; secretary, Mrs. B. M. Grierson; committee, Mrs. IDufaur. Mrs. Robinson, Mrs. Melrose and Miss Lawrence. Presentations were made to the captain, the handicapper I and the secretary.
