FOREIGN CAPITAL SOUGHT (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. 9.5 a.m. LONDON, Thursday. It is learned from Bukarest that the Maniu Government has decided to remove the barriers raised by M. Bratianu against the introduction of foreign capital.
