MOTHERS’ UNION
PAPATOETOE BRANCH There was a large attendance of members and friends of the Papatoetoe branch of the Mothers’ Union, at the meeting held in the Anglican Church yesterday afternoon. The function was to raise funds and collect goods for Sister Hannah’s mission house in Grey Avenue, Auckland. There was a good collection of parcels of clothing and provisions, and cash donations were also received. The service was conducted by the Rev. P. C. Davis, and Mrs. Sly presided at the organ. A very interesting address was given by Sister Hannah on the sanctification of every-day life.
