MUCH WORK TO BE DONE (Special to THE SVX) ILTON, Friday. .Mining and immigration were dealt with by Mr. William Brown. Independent Reform candidate for Raglan, at a meeting at Rotowaro last evening. The candidate advocated research into transport and railway problems, saying there was much to be done in that direction. Referring to Industrial troubles he said he was in favour of the enforcement by the Government of conciliation before striking. The meeting accorded the candidate a vote of thanks and confidence.
