MR. MONCUR OPENS CAMPAIGN (Special to THE SUN) OPOTIKI, Wednesday. AY hen Mr. A. F. Moncur, Labour candidate for the Bay of Plenty, opened his campaign last evening* at Waioeka. he favoured an extension of the railway from Taneatua to Opotiki. Mr. Moncur criticised the Reform Government and the mooted railway from Rotorua to Taupo. Mr. F. C. Parkinson presided, and a vote of thanks was accorded the candidate.
