“PULPIT POLITICS”
TO-NIGHT’S DEMONSTRATION A municipal demonstration will be held in the Town Hall concert chamber this evening. Dr. W. H. Horton will be in the chair. The speakers will issue a challenge to the Rev. Lionel B. Fletcher’s statements and give their views on “pulpit politics.” The Point Chevalier baths proposal will be discussed.
It is advertised to be “the most trenchant attack ever delivered on a public platform in Auckland.”
