| PEANUT MACAROONS 1 2 rnrnAKE whites of two egos, one II 5 # cup fine white sugar, quarter ■ I cup'four, pinch of salt and jjj 6 one cup chopped peanuts. Toast rhe peanuts, shell them, then, chop H P them rather coarsely. Beat the |jj ■ whites of eggs very stiffly and stir || M in gradually the sifted flour and ■ R sugar both carefully mixed; add j|j P the salt and prepared nuts. Drop gj small portions from a spoon on to m a greased tray and bake in a hot ■ ■ oven for 10 minutes. gjj
