RIFLE SHOOTING
AKARANA RIFLE CLUB Members of the Akarana Rifle Club fired their third series over the ranges of 500yds and 600yds at Penrose rifle range on Saturday for trophies presented by Messrs. F. W. Combes, E. J. C. Reston and J. R. Draffin, under ideal weather conditions. The next series will be fired on November 17. Silver spoons were won by A. W. Powell, E. At. Richardson and A.
