GENERAL BOOTH
Illness Reported British Official "Wireless Reed. 10.45 a.m. RUGBY, Friday. General W. Bramwell Booth , head of the Salvation Army , is ill. His doctors have issued the follow’ ing bulletin*. — **General Booth is suffering from nervous prostration , and his condition gives rise to some anxiety. It is essential that he has a complete rest from all loorJc for several months , and this will , we hope , ensure Ms complete recovery .” General W. Bramwell Booth is the eldest son of the late General Booth, founder of the Salvation Army. He was born at Halifax on March 8, 1856, and is thus 72 years of age. He has travelled extensively, his tours including New Zealand and Australia,
