EMISSARIES FROM DOMINION STAFF AND FINANCE WORK At the request of the Administrator of Western Samoa, Mr. S. S. Allen, the Government has agreed to Mr. P. S. VerschafLelt, Public Service Commissioner, Mr. C. A. Berendsen, Imperial Affairs branch of the Prime Minister’s Office, and Mr. A. D. Park, As-sistant-Secretary of the Treasury, going to Samoa to advise on the reorganisation of the staff and the* finances of the mandated territory.

The emissaries from New Zealand arrived in Auckland this morning by the Limited express, and sailed at 11 oelock on the Tofua. They will be at the Islands for several weeks.
