MR. COATES ON TOUR
VISITS NEW ELECTORATE (Special to THE SUN) PUKEKOHE, To-day. The Prime Minister was in the new constituency of Hauraki to-day in company with the Reform candidate, Mr. A. W. Hall. Mr. Coates spoke at Ngatea and Waitakaruru to large meetings of settlers, and at the close of his addresses discussed politics arid local questions with the electors ih informal fashion. At each meetin? motions endorsing the Government’ 5 legislation, expressing confidence in it-* future administration, and pledging those present to do all possible secure Mr. Hall’s return, were carried unanimously. Mr. Coates also speni few' minutes in Paeroa. To-morrow evening he will speak at Te Awamutu and Cambridge, and on Saturday will proceed to New Plymouth.
