YOUNG AUCKLAND PRIEST CEREMONY AT ST. JOHN LATERAN The orlination to the priesthood of the Rev. Francis Terry, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Terry, St. Mary’s Road, Ponsonby, took place this morning at Rome in the Bascilica at St. John Lateran. Father Terry is pursuing theological studies at the Lateran Seminary along with 1.000 other students. Recently he obtained liis licentiate in theology. After his school days at St. Benedict’s, Vermont Street, Father Terry spent three years at Sacred Heart College, passing the Matriculation there, and another three years at Holy Cro< : ; College, Mosgiel, where he read hi 3 philosophy. He went to Rome in 1925, and \ II stand for his doctorate in theology next year.
