NUHAKA SHOP BURNED
Press Association WAIROA, Tuesday. Fire early this morning completely destroyed a shop and house owned and occupied by Mr. R. S. Herbert, draper, of 'Nuhaka township, 20 miles from Wairoa. Practically nothing was saved. Insurance figures are not available at present. Clough’s baker’s shop and residence adjoining narrowly escaped, the walls being scorched and windows broken.
