SUBURBS SEAT

REFORM’S CANDIDATURE The candidature of the Reform aspirant to Auckland seat, Sir James Gunson, was advanced on Saturday evening, when about 80 electors were addressed in the Te Atatu Hall. Sir James Gunson spoke in vindication of the Government’s policy, and in justification of its plea for continued public confidence, he quoted its achievement by legislation and in general administration. At the conclusion Sir James was thanked by resolution.
