MR. MASON AT ORATIA An exposition of the Labour Party’s platform, and a criticism of the Government for lack of policy, were the principal points in the speech given by Mr. H. G. R. Mason, M.P., Labour candidate for Auckland Suburbs, at the Oratia School on Saturday evening. The chairman, Mr. W. IT. Potter, said residents, irrespective of party, recognised ‘Mr. Mason’s capable attention to the questions concerning the district while he was in Parliament.
