BIG LAND DEAL

FARM AT KIWITAHI SOLD FOR £25,000 CASH (From Our Otcn Correspondent) HAMILTON, To-day. The largest land deal transacted in the Waikato for a long time was recently completed by Mr. F. W. Kemp, land agent, of Hamilton, who sold a farm of 1.053 acres at Kiwitahi, formerly owned by Mrs. J. Bell, to Mr. L. Lamer, of Auckland, for £25,000 cash.
