HAVELOCK WILSON WILL NOT RESIGN CRITICAL TIME AHEAD (Auetra/tan and N.Z. Proa* (United Service) Reed. 9.5 a.m. LONDON, Wednesday. At the annual conference of the National Union of Seamen to-mor-row, Mr. Havelock Wilson will announce that he has reconsidered his decision to resign the presidency. He has received urgent requests both at Home and from abroad to continue in office, and has resolved to remain on the bridge during the critical period. it is understood that Mr. Wilson's decision was largely infiuenced by tlj£ T.U.C.’s expulsion of the Seamen's Union, and the possibility of efforts being made to form another seamen's union.
