It is probable that Mr. Harris will open his election campaign at Devonport on Monday evening. SIR EDWARD RIDLEY DEAD British Official Wireless ■ RUGBY. Tuesday. The death has taken place at the age of 85 of Sir Edward Ridley, who was for 20 years a Judge of the High Court. Sir Edward Ridley was a Judge on the King’s Bench Division of the High Court from 1897 to J 917. He was born in 1843, and educated at Harrow and Oxford. He was '-ailed to the Bar in 186 S. He was M.P. for South Northumberland, 1870-ISBO. He was made a Privy Councillor in 1917.
