This was brought bj' a Mr. Martin, factory representative, who left Auckland last week for Rotorua and Wc llington. One of the features of this new car is the four-speed gearbox. A North of England undertaking has constructed a novel type of show-room on a motor chassis, to tour the country districts so as to popularise the use of gas. The interior of the vehicle is large enough to accommodate a number of gas-cookers, fires, water heaters, lamp fittings, standards and accessories. Water and gas are laid on and visitors can inspect the exhibits as they would in an ordinary shop.
