SECOND DAY’S HANDICAPS AWING to the postponement of to-day’s trotting fixture, handicaps for the second day’s racing will be declared at 8 p.m. on Monday evening. Acceptances will close at 9 p.m. sharp, at the club’s offices, in Durham Street East.
